Deirdre Sartorelli
TEDx Organizer
Deirdre is the host of the Repivot Project podcast which is focused on the art and science of change. The former director of the Angle Center for Entrepreneurship at Endicott College, Deirdre still teaches at the College. Prior to coming to higher education, she was the vice-president of sales at Verizon Business. Her interest in helping to organize TEDx events began when she was on the steering committee for TEDxYorkBeach in Maine.
Lauren Bek
Endicott Director of Special Events
Lauren Bek is the Director of Special Events at Endicott College and is an Endicott College Alumnus from the Class of 2021. Planning events has been her passion since she was a young lady, and by hard work, perseverance through trials, and determination, she has been able to execute over 150 weddings and plan a multitude of large-scale events for Endicott College.
Katie Kilty, Ed.D.
Speaker Coach
Katie is a leadership coach and performance, facilitator, and professor. She is an experiential learner with an adventurous spirit, driven by curiosity and innovation. Using a combination of courageous leadership and design thinking she works collaboratively with leaders to build sustainable cultures of excellence and wellbeing. As a Professor of Sport Management at Endicott College she teaches courses in Leadership and Sport in Society and recently co-founded WholeHealth Sport whose mission is to train and support coaches in creating cultures of mental wellbeing in sport.
Michael Melia
Endicott Director of Marketing
Michael Melia is the Director of Marketing at Endicott College. At the College since 2019, he works with departments around campus to create content and promote a variety of initiatives. Prior to Endicott, he worked at Northeastern University and National Geographic Learning. He holds an English/Secondary Education degree from Framingham State University.
Steve Rossi
Endicott Director of Student Engagement
Steven Rossi is the Director of Student Engagement of the Office of Student Leadership and serves as a Deputy Title IX officer on campus. Before joining Endicott in August 2023, Steve served at Middlesex Community College and was responsible for all of the college’s student events and programs, including student club & organization programming, Honor Societies, annual tradition programming, and formal leadership & social justice programming for students on and off-campus, He also headed New Student Orientation, First Year Student experience programs, and played a key role in the creating of a campus mascot, implantation of a campus app for the community, and helping faculty infuse experiential and co-curricular learning as part of their classroom experience for students. Steve also spent 8 years with Wentworth Institute of Technology in Student Leadership Programs. In total, Steve has spent nearly 20 years in higher education doing his part to inspire minds, provoke change, and move the needle of any organization he’s a member of. Steve earned an Masters from Suffolk University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering Technology from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
Alexandra Flodman
TEDx Catalyst
Alexandra is a junior at Endicott, and the catalyst for TEDxEndicott. She is extremely excited to be able to work on such a special and important project for the Endicott community.
Maile Gallagher
Hospitality Management
Maile Gallagher is a Senior Hospitality Management major with a concentration in Events Management. She plans on pursuing a career in events management and fitness with the goal of doing all of this in Hawaii! You could say that Maile also has a big streak of entrepreneurism in her!
Dr. Linda Robson
Event Planning
Dr. Linda Robson is the author of The Robson Risk Management Model (RRMM) and a Professor at Endicott College in the Gerrish School of Business. She worked as an event planner for over 20 years, planning events in New Zealand, Europe, the United States, and Canada. Linda obtained her PhD with a focus on events risk management, and is a recognized expert in the events industry. She is actively involved in several event industry associations, bringing theory and real-world experience to all her endeavors.
Ana Mar Molina
Hospitality Management
Ana Mar Molina is a Junior Hospitality Management major with a concentration in Events Management as well. She is also a dedicated member of the Women's Tennis Team. With a passion for creating memorable experiences, she eagerly anticipates a future career in hospitality, aiming to combine her skills with a global perspective as she travels the world in the service industry.
